Personal Training JUMP start! Program

The full force fitness JUMP start! program was created in order for people interested in personal training to get to know their trainer and try personal training out before committing to any type of package.
A JUMP start! Pack contains 3 personal 1 hour personal training for only $33/session, this is a great way of really seeing if personal training is going to be the right thing for you.

SESSION #1
In the first session your personal trainer will introduce to you the concept and philosophy behind full force personal training, take down your goals for completing an activity program and take you through a sample session where they will introduce to you the type of activities that are going to get you results.


SESSION #2
During session two your trainer will expand on the ideas and fundamentals introduced during session 1, during this time you will experience what a complete and tailored personal training is like. Yuo will be taken through conditioning activities and be shown/feel how your trainer will motivate and push you to do your best in every situation


SESSION #3
In session three your trainer will continue to build on the activities and concepts undertaken so far, you will be shown the direction your trainer will take in formulating programming to suit your needs and goals. Your trainer will complete a health and fitness assessment including measurements and goal setting
