Boot Camp with Full Force isn't like any other health or fitness program you have tried, or even thought about trying before. Our Boot Camps, while being challenging, provide you with a comfortable, social and very fun way to reach your health and fitness goals. Trainers are all either highly experienced, highly educated or both! All Full Force Boot Camps are filled with the biggest variation of activities and sessions you will find. How we get you results
Boot Camp is undoubtedly the most effective way to reduce your body fat, increase your energy levels, improve body shape and your all round health. Full Force BootCamp training is based on proven methods to enable the best results for you the participant.
Workouts are structured in way which allows you to work at your own pace while being motivated by your trainer and fellow Boot Campers to get the best from yourself. Boot Camp sessions involve activity that is designed to cater for body fat loss by enabling the maximum amount of energy to be burnt while all areas of your health undergo radical improvement. Within your first two weeks you will be feeling the difference from attending Boot Camp: you will have more energy and more motivation in everything you do, you will start to see your body shape improve, while feeling more at ease and less stressed.
All Boot Camp instructors must undergo rigorous training prior to taking a Boot Camp under our Full Force Trainers program, which equips worthy trainers with skills necessary to motivate and instruct at the highest level, so you always know you are in good hands at Boot Camp

Finally: An enjoyable way to improve health!
The biggest reason while Australia's health is in such a bad state and continualy declining is not that people necessarily do not know what to do, it is that there isn't a lot of health improving services out there that are enjoyable! That is where Full Force Boot Camps are different: our philosophy is that health and fitness goals are something that should be maintained once achieved. Often people 'get a rush' and become 'motivated' to do something to get themeselves into better shape. This sounds good doesn't it? Unfortunately, this rush of energy doesn't last for long and after a couple of weeks of exercising, eating well and working towards their health and fitness goals, these people burn out and become unmotivated to the point where they actually begin to take backwards steps passed where they started.
The problem?
It's simple, people who do this were more than likely not enjoying what they were doing, but more so seeing it is as a means to an ends. This is not how exercise with Full Force Boot Campers is viewed.
Boot Camp with Full Force is about enjoyment, it is about undertaking a health improvement program which gets you looking forward to each and every session and has you walking away from each session feeling rewarded and better for coming.This is where Full Force Boot Camp develops it's basis - enjoyment. Ultimately, you are not going to keep something up and get real results if you don't first enjoy it, our approach to Boot Camp is simple - Get people enjoying activity and let them see the results.
Session content - Variety is the spice of life!
It's true, no doubt. Variety is necessary to keep things interesting for people. Full Force Boot Camp is underpinned by the variety involved in each Boot Camp and each and every session. In fact we go so far out of our way to achieve variety that no two sessions are ever the same.
Typically Boot Camp sessions involve an array of activity ranging from cardio and aerobic activity to Resistance work using body weight and external aids.
Something that seperates Full Force Boot Camps from others are our activities which are often goal orientated and combine a range of different fitness areas in one activity to maximise benefits. Boxing and Basic Kickboxing work is something that further helps to make our sessions as fun and varied as they.
Often Boot Camp sessions are categorised by theme, or the focus of the session. Boot Camp Session types include:
- Challenge sessions - completed intermittently, involving a mix of activities aimed to help challenge you and assess improvement
- Cardio Sessions - Involving lots of boxing, kickboxing, skipping, joggin. These sessions help to maximise energy expenditure, and keep your metabolism elevated long after the session (more energy burning) while greatly improving your cardiovascular health (more energy, better feeling!)

Resistance based sessions: Using tubing, bands, dumbbells, body weight and other accessories. These sessions work to build lean muscle (Which aids in lowering body fat and of course makes you stronger!) and improve Bone Mineral Density (To help prevent osteoporosis and keep you strong for life!)

Mixed Sessions - these are common and are a combination of the all types of activity into one session. These sessions allow you to gain benefits from a range of areas in health and fitness

Fun and Games sessions - These sessions combine boxing, resistance work, team building, cardio and lots of different forms of exercise into a sessions based on game and team work which will have you working while you can't stop laughing
- Circuit Sessions - combine a mixture of activities into a circuit format. Lots of hard work in these sessions, lots of activities and also lots of variety! A Boot Camper favourite
Be part of the team and Make new friends
Every Boot Camp is a team. What this means is not only does your instructor encourage and support you, your fellow Boot Campers (Team members) do the same. We encourage a
social and team orientated approach to exercise within your Boot Camp sessions. After joining you can soon see and feel the team environment, the positive atmosphere and feel excited that you are part of the team.
Each session instructors will motivate and help keep you on track, together with your Boot Camp friends, your instructor and the results you will both feel and see you will soon experience why over 95% of people continue with Full Force Boot Camp training after their first Boot Camp - you are part of the team and we want you to know that.
Boot Camp vs The Gym
Gyms have long been popular within the health and fitness industry. After all they do deliver results right?
Well not really. While promising you the world upon sign up (normally for a minimum of 12 months) you are soon lost in a sea of members and essentially become a number.
Ultimately, gyms are a place for people who are already fit to get fitter and for people who are content lifting weights and working on stationary cardio equipment (yawn!)
It might interest you to know that around two thirds of all gym memebrships at a typical gym are not used on a regular basis*.
What's the point of paying for something if you are not going to use?
Apart from the lack of stimualation or excitment at the gym (apart from the loud music which distracts you from how boring the exercise actually is) many people feel uncomfortable at the gym.
That there is the difference: Boot Camps are Teams - and you will no doubt feel comfortable because you will be active around friends. You are supervised at all times by your instructor you will motivate you to get the best out of yourself each and every session. As well as this you will taken through sessions each week which are highly imaginative and always varied, while you work together with your new friends to acheive your goals while having a lot of fun along the way

Lose Body Fat, but don't get yelled at!
Boot Camps are long known for being aggressive 'yell at them til they lose it' kind of fitness programs. Full Force Boot Camps are not your military style Boot Camp (Yeah the word came from the military, but it's 2010, our health hasn't improved with the yelling so lets move forward!).
Rather than being based on aggressive yelling and intimidating instruction, Boot Camps with Full Force are based on positive encouragement, energy and enthusiasm. Don't let this lead you to think that you won't work hard! Sessions are very challenging - trust me! But rather than yelling at you, we give you lots on energetic encouragement and make you feel rewarded for challening yourself both mentally and physically.

Challenging for all fitness levels
One of the most common questions we get at Full Force in regards to Boot Camp is "Do you think that i will be fit enough?".
The reason for this is that so many people try fitness programs that involve trying to keep up with someone else.
At Full Force we understand that not everyone is at the same level in fitness and it is crazy to expect this.
Understanding this lead us to develop our Full Force Style Boot Camp activities which allow people of all different fitness levels to work together in the same activity in the same session and get the best workout they can, without feeling left behind or held back. We have taken hundred of ours to formulate, and continue to do so on a daily basis, a range of activities which cater for every fitness level.
