Boot camper of the month
Kylie - Ringwood PM February 2011
I heard about Full Force hrough word of mouth with ravereviews. With the goal of finally getting myself motivated to lose some weightand my wedding looming in 8 months’ time, a dedicated friend and I headed offto our first session in June 2010.

I expected to be pushed to exercise harder than I had before;tellingmyself “Just suffer through the 4 weeks, and then I’ll have the motivation todo it on my own.” What I had not expected was that I would enjoy it! Or thatthere would be such a wide range of people – my fears of being out of place ornot fit enough to keep up turned out to not matter at all.
8 Months later I am feeling a satisfaction that I do notremember feeling about my fitness. I love being in a group session and gettingto share it with everyone else as their fitness increases at the same time. Theatmosphere that has been created is what made it so easy to enjoy the
sessionswithout feeling self-conscious, and now a huge part of why after taking a monthoff for my honeymoon I cannot wait to get back to see everyone.

Aaron and Nick do an amazing job! Aaron comes up withsomething interesting every week, and never fails to make sure everyone isgetting exactly what they need to from the session. His enthusiasm for theresults of every single person in the group is fantastic; He always ensures youfeel as good about every achievement as you should.
Nick has a wealth ofinformation on all sorts of health related topics that he manages to share in
between counting our high knees and dishing out push ups. His hints and tips onhealthy eating finally gave me the push I needed to change my diet. Whilstsometimes I’m convinced he enjoys watching our horror as he explains the nextexercise he has dreamed up, how good I feel after one of Nick’s sessions speaksfor itself.
I have lost 14KG’s in total since joining full force. Had Ibeen told when I started I could achieve this I would have been excited at theprospect of being

slimmer and looking far less frumpy on my wedding day, but anamazing shift of perception happened and how much healthier I feel has becomethe most important change. I now have a desire to stay healthy and keepincreasing my fitness.
I would highly recommend that anyone thinking of comingalong to just sign up. You will be so glad you did.
Felicia, Knox/Wantirna Boot Camp February 2010
I originally joined bootcamp to tone up for a summer trip late last year. I found Full Force Bootcamps online, Tom was so helpful in organising a new bootcamp that was conveniently located in the Knox area and even more helpful especially since it was 3 weeks before Christmas.
Three months on and I'm still a member I have recruited many friends to join up as I find the more friends I exercise with the less it feels like hard work and the more fun we all have. The team at Full Force Fitness are so easygoing nothing is ever a problem it just makes everything hassle free and means you can focus on achieving your fitness goals or to just have fun with friends while you exercise.
January 2010 - Simon, South Yarra Boot Camp

"Having worked with Tom and Aaron for most of 2009, and now into 2010, I have
had some fantastic results. I am much lighter on the scales, and have lost
centermetres over much of my body. My strength has improved significantly, as
has my aerobic fitness.
I am challenged by each session, every single time.
The boys plan interesting and varied work outs, with activities including
boxing, strength training, running, ab work and team games. This variety is what
keeps me coming back time after time.
Tom and Aaron are very encouraging and
motivating trainers. They have pushed me further than I ever could, or would,
push myself. This has been one of the keys to my success so far.
I look
forward to many more boot camps with Full Force Fitness, as I continue towards
my personal fitness goals.
Some results so far:
- over 11kg lost
- over 10cm off waist
Mick G, Ringwood Boot camp December 09
I must admit I was a bit nervous when I arrived at my first boot camp session. I had images of long runs, beep tests and hours of sit-ups in the rain while some guy screams at you... it couldn't have be further from the truth. The training is actually enjoyable and very very challenging.
I am trained by Nick and Aaron at Ringwood and have found both trainers and fellow boot campers very helpful and encouraging
I had signed up thinking I could peel off a few kgs and get a little fitter pre Christmas.
7 weeks later and now loving it, I have peeled off those few kgs and my fitness has improved out of sight. Clothes are fitting better and I don't find myself out of breath at tops of stairs anymore. I am sleeping better, eating better and have much more energy.
Boot camps have shown me different ways to exercise rather than just boring running. Boxing, circuits and challenges always keep you on your toes and I find it so much more interesting arriving to train not knowing what is ahead.
I would recommend Full Force boot camps to anyone that is training for a goal, weight loss or is just after a bit more up and go.
Mick, Lilydale Boot Camp (AM) - November 2009

I have been training with Tom at Lilydale boot camp since May 2009. I was always fairly active but with a lack of time due to work and family commitments I started putting on weight. Then I had a mountain bike accident and separated my collarbone from my shoulder and the scales tipped over 100kg for the first time ever. I'm not the most motivated person in the world but that was the turning point.
The first boot camp I did was a 6 week course, 3 times a week. Back then Tom made you do a beep test (I hate running) followed by 1 minute of push ups (my shoulder hurt)then a minute of sit ups and finally squats. When the 6 weeks were over the results I got were fantastic; I have lost over 10kg now thanks to Toms efforts. I have continued in the morning class at Lilydale through winter and am still seeing continued results 5 months later. My strength and fitness levels have improved but Tom still manages to give me new and more challenging exercises each week so it doesn't get repetitive or boring (punch and crunch is still my enemy!).
If you want to lose weight or just get a bit fitter then I would recommend FullForce Boot camp to anyone.
RESULTS:
10kg lost in body fat
Increased fitness and energy levels (now completes 2.5km in less than 10 mins!)

Romy - Lilydale, October, 2009
I started training with Full Force Fitness early in 2009. It was difficult training through winter, but the interesting and varied sessions of cardio, strength and resistance work, kept me motivated and kept me going!
I joined up to improve my fitness and to ‘tone up’. As well as achieving these goals, I have also gained confidence and am now achieving more than I had expected. In addition to this, I have made new friends and have enjoyed some laughs along the way (I hear this is another great way to tone the abs!)
I recommend Full Force Fitness to anyone looking to improve fitness in an energetic, fun and positive environment.
